Lieu d’Europe and the European Quarter

Lieu d’Europe and the European Quarter

Discover the Lieu d'Europe's summer program.

Housed in a Strasbourg villa dating back to the 18th century, Lieu d’Europe's mission is to educate citizens about Europe. As such, it displays a permanent exhibition relating the closely intertwined histories of Strasbourg and Europe and is home to a resource center run by the Information Center on European Institutions. The site also hosts a wide range of activities and exhibitions to discover the cultural diversity of European countries in a fun way.

Tours

Tours organised by Lieu d’Europe allow you to discover the European district and see its different institutions — the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, the European Parliament, the Arte European television station etc. — to learn more about the history and role of these institutions.
