This processing is done by sending an immediate answer or transferring your request to the department of the local authority concerned. The only data collected as part of this processing is "identification data". The data’s recipients are the Divisions and/or departments of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg concerned by the request. Your data is stored in our form creation tool and will be deleted in the three months following the processing of your request. The data is also stored in our internal messaging system throughout the processing of your request and is immediately deleted after an answer has been sent to you.
