Getting to Strasbourg
By train: TGV Est Européen
Strasbourg, home to one of France’s largest train stations, is connected by direct rail lines to many cities across France. Located at the intersection of major international routes, it also benefits from excellent connections to numerous European cities.
When you step off the TGV at Strasbourg Station, the whole city is at your feet, and the cathedral is just a 15-minute walk away.
By car
Strasbourg is accessible via Route 83 and the A35 highway from Mulhouse/Basel, and via the A4 from Paris/Metz.
By plane
Parking
Park-and-Ride (P+R) facilities on the outskirts
Easily accessible and located along all tram lines, the twelve park-and-ride facilities allow you to park your car for the day and receive a round-trip tram/bus ticket (with or without a transfer) for all passengers in the vehicle. All this for a flat rate of 4.10 euros (except Rotonde, 4.60 euros). Parking is available from 4:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. the following day; beyond these hours, a surcharge of 10 euros per additional day applies. The parking lots are open 7 days a week with 24-hour access.
Baggersee : 460 places
The city center is just 15 minutes away by tram A or tram E.
Access from the A35 highway, Baggersee exit.
Boecklin : 97 spots
The city center in 12 minutes via the E tram line.
Access from Rue Boecklin, Route de la Wantzenau, or Avenue de l'Europe.
Ducs d'Alsace : 600 spots
The city center is just 8 minutes away via tram line A or D.
Access from the A4 and A35 highways: take the Cronenbourg exit, then follow signs for Koenigshoffen; from Koenigshoffen and Eckbolsheim, take Route des Romains and Rue des Comtes.
Elsau : 800 spots
The city center is just 10 minutes away via Tram B or Tram F.
Access from the A35 highway, take the P+R Tram Elsau exit or the Montagne Verte exit.
Espace Européen de l'Entreprise : 170 spots
The city center is just 15 minutes away by bus G.
Access from the A35 highway, Bischheim exit.
Hoenheim Gare : 300 spots
The city center in 20 minutes via Tram B.
Access from Route de La Wantzenau (RD 468) and Route de Bischwiller (RD 37).
Kibitzenau : 93 spots
The city center in 22 minutes via tram line C.
Access from the A 35: take exit 4 coming from the north, or the Baggersee exit coming from the south.
Parc des Romains : 326 spots
The city center in 9 minutes via the F tram line.
Access from the A35 / A351, Porte Blanche exit.
Poteries : 120 spots
The city center in 20 minutes via Tram D.
Access from Route de Wasselonne, Route des Romains, or Avenue François Mitterrand
Rives de l'Aar : 570 spots
The city center is just 10 minutes away on tram line B.
Access from the A35 and A350 highways, Wacken exit.
Rotonde : 450 spots
The city center is just 5 minutes away via tram line A or D.
Access from the A4 and A35 highways, Cronenbourg exit, and from the Oberhausbergen Road.
Wolfisheim - Henri Rendu : 103 spots
The city center in 25 minutes via the F tram line.
Access from the M351.

Bus or tram: it’s the same ticket and the same fare!
- Single-ride or transfer ticket: €1.90 (€2.50 on buses)
- 24-hour individual pass: unlimited travel for one person for 24 hours for €4.60
- 24-hour group pass: valid for 1 to 3 people for unlimited travel for 24 hours for €10.20
